Ordering From Us
Our checkout page uses SSL to encrypt and keep your data secure. Your card details are not saved or stored by us.
We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit cards through a secure payment system and your card details are not saved or stored by us.
Discount codes can be applied int he first section of the checkout page, look for a box beneath your order summary, enter your code and click apply. Some discounts may be applied automatically.
Please note: Multiple discount codes/offers cannot be used together, free shipping being the only exception.

Once your order is shipped we will send you an email with a link to track your order. Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on our website.
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order. To make changes to your order, please reach out to us through our contact form or email us at INFO@STONEAGE.CO.UK
If for any reason the item you ordered is not in stock we will notify you straight away and give you the option to wait (we will provide an approximate date of restock), or we will let you know what similar items we have as a possible replacement. You will also have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

We deliver our magical jewellery worldwide from Glastonbury, England!
We deliver locally with Royal Mail & Internationally with UPS/Fedex.
Kindly note: We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses at this time.
Please also note that we currently cannot deliver to the following countries, Costa Rica, Heard Island And Mcdonald Islands, Iran, Jersey, Lybia, Mauritius, South Sudan, Tajikistan, Yemen, Guernsey, Myanmar, Brunei Darussalem, Guernsey, Honduras, Jersey, Laos, Liberia, Mauritania, Mongolia, Panama, Samoa, Seychelles, Sudan, Turkmenistan, Uganda, Uzbekistan, Bahamas, Burundi, Cape Verde, Curaçao, Ghana, Grenada, Peru, Suriname, Singapore, Indonesia and South Africa.

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery. Please note orders are only packed Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays)
Standard shipping time for the countries covered by our delivery partners are presented below:
- UK: 2-4 days
- Europe: 4-10 days
- USA/Canada: 5-10 days
- Rest of World: 5-15 days
Definitely! We know you are excited to follow the journey of your new jewellery every step of the way.
We’ll always send a tracking number via email within 24 hours of your order. You can also send us a quick message and we'll be happy to track it for you.
Only very few of the orders we ship may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office if you are unsure.
We cannot control these costs and are not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package, so you will be responsible for paying additional charges if they apply.
If you should decide to decline a package you will be refunded minus a fee for returning the item to us.
For online orders we offer a 30 day period during which goods may be returned to us for a full refund provided that they are still in perfect condition. For UK orders we ask the buyer covers return costs as we don't charge for UK postage. For International orders returns are also at the buyers expense.
Please note this is our online order policy only & this may differ for products purchased in our store.
Just send us an email within 30 days saying you’d like a refund. Then, we’ll send you step-by-step instructions for returning your jewellery.
As soon as we receive your returned item(s), we will initiate a refund of the purchase price of your items (excl. the shipping fee in case you paid for shipping).
Here at StoneAge we strive for the highest quality on our whole range. We have been designing and manufacturing jewellery for over 25 years with thousands of happy customers around the world. All of our creations bring together beautiful and powerful symbolism with the finest materials and craftsmanship.
All our jewellery is made from solid 925 Sterling Silver and some pieces are highlighted in solid 24crt gold vermeil. We do have some solid gold items which can range from 9-24crt but are usually 14crt.
We certainly do! We take pride in sourcing the finest quality natural gemstones from all around the world and are connected with fair-trade suppliers and ethical mines.
Each gemstone is individual, and may therefore vary in shade and colour.
